Age: All guests must be 25+ (Children accompanied by their parents are allowed) Occupancy: 12 Persons Maximum; 10 adults maximum or 12 people including adults and children. If you bring more people of any age at any time during your stay than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. Occupancy needs to be entered correctly at the time of booking. If you need to add people later on and it's still 10 adults or less or 12 people including adults and children just message me and we'll help you adjust. Absolutely no parties! Security Cameras: We have Ring cameras installed downstairs and on the stairs and deck. They are motion-activated and will capture anyone who passes by. All recordings are saved and can be shared with the booking platform for review. We can also access the cameras in real-time if we suspect any violations of house rules. SwimSpa: SwimSpa is use at your own risk. Host is not liable for any injury resulting from using SwimSpa. Only guest over 18 or accompanied minors allowed in SwimSpa. Glassware not allowed in spa. Guest agree to shower before entering spa. If you are pregnant or impaired, you are not allowed in the spa. Smoking: Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere in the home. Pets: We have a strict NO pets policy. Please be considerate and make alternative arrangements for your pets. If you plan on bringing your pets, many other pet-friendly homes can host your family. Cargo lift: For your safety, the cargo lift is not operational. Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages/external events that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Trash: Please place all trash bags and secure the trash can right next to the driveway. Do not leave any trash on the deck or in the driveway. Alcoholic Beverages and Drugs: Guests agrees there will be no illegal activities on the premises, including but not limited to: possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21; or the possession or use of any illegal drugs. The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of guest or parents, or caretakers of any children on the premise, including but not limited to decks, house and any and all other activities on the premise. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, and linens. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cookware. An assortment of K Cup coffee and creamer are provided. Soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided in all baths with shower dispensers. If you need additional supplies the Big Store is less than 3 minutes away. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, sugar, and spices. We have Ring security cameras installed downstairs facing the driveway and stairs upstairs. We also have a camera facing the front door on the deck upstairs. They are activated by motion and record any movement in its range. The captured footage is stored and can be accessed to review and share with the booking platform. We reserve the right to monitor the camera in real-time if we suspect any violation of house rules. ** There are absolutely no cameras inside the house**
