This thing is a massive 14 feet long and 8 ft wide. Definitely enough space to fit 12 people. One side has seat and jets like a jazuzzi. The other side provides plenty of space to hang out and swim. It heats to 99 degrees. So it’s perfect to use in the winter as well as like a pool in the summer. You can get a really great workout in too! Under the house location provides the perfect shade after hanging out at the beach in the sun or a break from the rain. Lots of space to hang out with friends and family. A large picnic table downstairs with plenty of games to choose from including corn hole, ladder toss and Jenga. The upstairs deck has lounge chairs facing the ocean and a round table to enjoy a peaceful dinner with loved ones. Guest have access to beach supplies in the garage like boogie boards, floats, toys, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. The driveway has 6 vehicle parking spots available for guest. Please take this into account when traveling to the house. Please don’t park on the street or in neighbors driveways. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.

Age: All guests must be 25+ (Children accompanied by their parents are allowed) Occupancy: 12 Persons Maximum; 10 adults maximum or 12 people including adults and children. If you bring more people of any age at any time during your stay than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. Occupancy needs to be entered correctly at the time of booking. If you need to add people later on and it's still 10 adults or less or 12 people including adults and children just message me and we'll help you adjust. Absolutely no visitors other than those accounted for in the reservation. Security Cameras: We have Ring cameras installed downstairs and on the stairs and deck. They are motion-activated and will capture anyone who passes by. All recordings are saved and can be shared with the booking platform for review. We can also access the cameras in real-time if we suspect any violations of house rules. Smoking: Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere in the home. Pets: We have a strict NO pets policy. Please be considerate and make alternative arrangements for your pets. If you plan on bringing your pets, many other pet-friendly homes can host your family. Cargo lift: For your safety, the cargo lift is not operational. Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages/external events that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Trash: Please place all trash bags and secure the trash can right next to the driveway. Do not leave any trash on the deck or in the driveway. Alcoholic Beverages and Drugs: Guests agrees there will be no illegal activities on the premises, including but not limited to: possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21; or the possession or use of any illegal drugs. The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of guest or parents, or caretakers of any children on the premise, including but not limited to decks, house and any and all other activities on the premise. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, and linens. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cookware. K Cup coffee and creamer are provided. Soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided in all baths with shower dispensers. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, sugar, and spices.

We have Ring security cameras installed downstairs facing the driveway and stairs upstairs. We also have a camera facing the front door on the deck upstairs. They are activated by motion and record any movement in its range. The captured footage is stored and can be accessed to review and share with the booking platform. We reserve the right to monitor the camera in real-time if we suspect any violation of house rules. ** There are absolutely no cameras inside the house**
